I ask that you make the same commitment, and in doing so, take responsibility for creating value and results for yourself. The more you dive into this process, the more benefit that you will receive from the Training!

By submitting payment for this course, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of the Training.

These terms and conditions (these “Terms“) apply to the purchase of products and services through thesistercircles.com (the “Website“). These Terms are subject to change by The Sister Circles (referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our” as the context may require) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated Date” referenced on the Website. You should review these Terms prior to purchasing any product or service that is available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after the “Last Updated Date” will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.

This Agreement is made today between me, the Trainer of The Sister Circles Facilitation Program, Katrina Reed, and you, the Student.  By agreeing to these Terms and disclaimer, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding contract with The Sister Circles ABN: 57 082 378 274

PRIVACY / CONFIDENTIALITY

The Trainer will keep the student’s information private, and will not share the student’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles. 

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email at info@thesistericrcles.com

All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure servers. 

Thesistercircles.com’s secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorized use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.?

COPYRIGHT

The student hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following, as a condition of their enrolment in The Sister Circles Level 1 Facilitator Training with Katrina Reed, owner and operator of The Sister Circles.

This course is copyrighted and owned by Katrina Reed and The Sister Circles.

The Trainer owns the intellectual property rights in the website, including the material on the website and in the courses, whether online or in-person. All of the Trainer’s intellectual property rights are expressly reserved except as specifically provided herein.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal educational use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

Without express written permission from the Trainer, you may not:

• republish or redistribute any material from the website or courses;

• sell, rent or sub-license any material from or access to the website or courses;

• reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise use material on this website for any purpose;

• Or edit or otherwise modify any material on the website.

I have worked very hard to provide original content for my students, and I expect my students to respect these efforts. No content from the website or courses (including photographs) may be shared or sold without my consent.

Access to and Prohibitions Regarding Use of Website

To the extent which you access material through the website by logging in to a user account, you are prohibited from sharing with others your login information or the materials made available to you through your account. Accounts are single-user only. The Trainer may disable your user account at its sole discretion and without notice or explanation.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, state, or local regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the website or of any other websites; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) 

to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the website or other websites.

In the event you breach these terms and conditions in any way, the Trainer may take action as deemed appropriate, including cancelling your access to the website, blocking your access to the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that your access to the website be blocked, and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that The Sister Circles is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of our services and website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third-party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website and in session is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.?

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. SCHEDULING

Each training module will be released on the specified date as per the schedule on the information page of the website. If there is a change to the schedule, you will be notified in writing via the email address provided during your registration. 

For the 'live' calls, each session will start on time and finish on time as per the schedule on the information page of the website. I ask that you do your absolute best to prioritise yourself to ensure you are available and ready to start on time for all our sessions. Please ensure that your learning environment will be free of distractions so you can focus on the content and group process. 

All 'Live' calls are recorded and available after the scheduled time for those who are unable to make the calls.

PAYMENTS

  • Purchase of Services

Prices for the services offered through the website, including workshops, classes, and other educational events, are in AUD. tender and subject to change without notice. The Sister Circles reserves the right at any time to modify or remove the website, including any part thereof, without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse any request for enrolment you submit to us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel workshops, classes, or other services purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include requests placed by or under the same user account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an enrolment, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed with the intent to commercially exploit the information provided through our website and services.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

In the event you provide fraudulent information through your enrolment process, including fraudulent payment information, we reserve the right to bring court proceedings against you for any damages we may suffer.

We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences. 

We may offer from time to time promotions on the Website that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

  • Terms of Payment

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards and Electronic Bank transfers for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order.

  • Payment Plan

If you are on a payment plan, you have committed to continue paying until your payment agreement has been met. For online courses, if you cancel payments before your payment agreement has been met, you will be disenroled. Refunds follow the policy outlined below. If you have enrolled in a payment plan, you will pay your first instalment at check-out and then will be billed according to the schedule on our Website until completion of the final payment. If you cancel your payment plan it will immediately revoke your course access. If we are not able to process a payment, course access will also be revoked.   • Refunds

If you wish to transfer your registration to a future iteration of a course, please apply for a full refund and then re-enrol in the new course when offered. We will only honour refund requests within 7 days after the start date of the course. To inquire about a refund, please contact us at: info@thesistercircles.com

  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (for full-length online courses only)

If you are not satisfied with the course after completing at least one lesson, we will issue a full refund. We will only honour refund requests within 7 days after the start date of the course. This policy only applies to full-length courses (5 weeks or more) and not to shorter courses, live teaching series, or archived courses. 

  • Special Offers

From time to time special discount offers will be available for a short window of time. If you miss this window for registration, unfortunately you miss out on the discount.
