Certification Requirements for Facilitator Training Level 1

Thank you for your interest in becoming a certified Circle Facilitator with The Sister Circles.

Becoming certified enables you to access professional membership and insurance with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. To register for Certification, you will need to complete the following requirements:

1) Knowledge Assessment

Complete an open-book, online multiple-choice quiz that will assess your knowledge of the material covered in the Level 1 Facilitator Training.

You can attempt this test as many times as you need to in order to pass. The quiz will take you about 15 minutes.

 2) Self-Assessment

Run your first Circle (or round of Circles) with your friends and self-evaluate what went well and what needs fine-tuning. Short bullet points is all that is required for this self-refection.

3) Participant Feedback

You will be given a unique link that you will send to at least three of your Circle participants (of your choice). They will be prompted to fill out a short anonymous questionnaire about their Circle experience. The responses will come directly to me and you will be notified once I have received all three.

If needed, a short 1:1 session will follow to discuss this feedback.
