About Kate Reed

MA (Counselling)

Who am I?

I am a woman, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a wife, a dreamer, a teacher, a student, a writer, a traveller, a weaver, a friend and so much more - just as you are.

I am a recovering high achiever. An insatiable seeker. A survivor. An optimist.

I curl and unfurl according to the cycles and seasons of Gaia's natural rhythms and am supported and guided on many levels.

I am deeply called to working in Circle with women as we heal our hearts and re-connect to our own internal guidance system to help bring peace and balance to our lives, our communities and the collective.

I believe in equality, and integrity and that love and compassion are the most precious gifts we can offer one-another.

‘I am continually inspired by the courage of women who are willing to show up and to be vulnerable and receive the support of their fellow Sisters. Deep healing can happen when a person is ‘seen’ and held in love by others.’

I have been facilitating Women’s Circles for over 20 years amongst the many and varied contours of my professional life as a counsellor, youth worker, health coach and business owner.

Having worked with women who are healing the deepest of wounds as well as those who are looking for some clarity in their lives, it is an honour and a privilege to gently and lovingly help each woman on their way to finding more peace in their hearts and more happiness in their lives.

My greatest joy is to hold space for women to connect with their own inner wisdom and intuition and I believe that Sister Circles are a powerful source of inspiration and support during this process.

Teaching other women how to hold safe and sacred Circles fulfils me in a way that nothing else can. It is without-a-doubt a large part of my soul contract in this lifetime and I walk this path with gratitude and reverence.

Are you feeling the call to hold a Sister Circle?

In addition to running Circles myself, I also teach women how to hold Circles in their own communities.

To make it as easy as possible for you to start you own Circle, I’ve developed a step-by-step guide to help you on your way! This 68 page e-Book is filled with useful tools and advice for getting a Circle started in your community.

If you are looking for a deeper dive into the experience of holding Circles, I have also developed an in-depth Facilitator Training Program that will equip graduates to run Circles as a professional offering. No prior experience is necessary and all students will have the option of Accredited Certification and ongoing Supervision once they have completed the course work.
