My name is Kate Reed, and I’m the founder of The Sister Circles. I welcome you with open arms and a big heartfelt hug.
It’s my intention that you feel at home here, and that this space answers your questions about Sister Circles — what they are, why they matter, and how you can be a part of them.
Every woman I know has endured some form of hardship over these past few years of collective change. We’ve witnessed both the beauty and the pain of humanity as we each navigate trauma, conditioning, confusion, and fear.
For me, this journey has led to deeper strength and awakening — and a softening into embodied compassion for humanity. I know I’m not alone in this. And yet, some days, I feel the weight of grief and helplessness. On those days, I return to the medicine of Circle.
Circle is where I remember.
Circle is where we heal.
Circle is where we come home to each other and ourselves.
Now more than ever, Circle is vital medicine.
For our hearts.
For our communities.
For our personal and collective evolution.
